Fullstack Developer Pan India · Full Time · Remote

About the Role The Senior Software Engineer is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and developing software solutions, performing code reviews, and supporting application delivery. The role requires strong expertise in up-to-date web application development and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of software development experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance front-end applications.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and performance in PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support automated testing initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.




- Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Work with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and source control management tools.

Requirements

- Have 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Have experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade web applications.
- Have experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Have exposure to cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Be proficient in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3.
- Have experience with Node.js, REST APIs, API Integration.
- Have experience with PostgreSQL, Query Optimization & Performance Tuning.
- Be familiar with Git, GitLab, CI/CD Pipelines, Agile/Scrum Methodology.
