Job Title: Workday Recruiting Consultant
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Work Schedule: Must be available during U.S. business hours, with availability until at least 1:00 PM PST.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Consultant to optimize and enhance a recently implemented Workday Recruiting environment. This is a hands-on consulting role focused on improving recruiting processes, configuring system enhancements, and implementing best-practice solutions. This is not a production support or AMS/ticketing position.
The ideal candidate is a Workday Recruiting expert who can independently evaluate existing configurations, recommend process improvements, and implement scalable solutions while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4–10+ years of Workday Recruiting experience
- Workday Pro Recruiting Certification (strongly preferred)
- Strong hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration experience
- Experience optimizing Workday Recruiting environments after implementation
- Full lifecycle Workday Recruiting implementation experience
- Experience redesigning Recruiting business processes
- Experience improving Recruiting automation and workflow efficiency
- Ability to analyze existing solutions and recommend best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contractor-to-full-time employee conversion processes in Workday
- Experience supporting international employee transfer workflows
- Consulting mindset with the confidence to recommend and implement improvements
- Experience working in rapid-paced enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize an existing Workday Recruiting environment
- Configure Workday Recruiting enhancements and business processes
- Improve recruiting workflows, automation, and overall user experience
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Recommend and implement Workday Recruiting best practices
- Configure complex recruiting workflows and process enhancements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives following Workday go-live
