Job Objective :

We are looking for a competent Billing Executive to undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues.

Job Description :

· Should be able to handle the process of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork

Should be Accountable for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means and updating customer files.

· To handle the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility

· To Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices and check the validity of debit accounts





· To Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments and ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines

· To Update KYC and Record Maintenance with Cash/Credit card Management

Technical/Functional Competencies:

- Good proficiency in Excel, good typing speed, positive command on tally & Billing Related software
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Should be well versed with MS Office suite (Ms Word, Powerpoint & excel)

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
