Role Summary:

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions while working closely with software engineers, and Tech architects. You will play a crucial role in integrating AI models into web applications, microservices, and cloud-based infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven web applications using the PERN/MERN stack (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js).
- Develop AI models from initial conception to production deployment, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Build and optimize AI algorithms and applications for business use cases.
- Prepare high-level technical designs and architectural decisions, especially for AWS serverless architecture and microservices.
- Implement secure, reliable, and scalable solutions using AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, ECS, SQS, SNS).
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and automated deployments.
- Collaborate with the data science team to integrate AI models into web platforms and APIs.
- Ensure AI applications adhere to regulatory, security, and ethical standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI, ML, and cloud technologies to drive innovation.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical..

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an AI Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
- Solid proficiency in Python or Java for AI development.




- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and libraries (scikit-learn).
- Solid knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms for AI applications.
- Strong experience in PERN/MERN stack (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js) for developing AI-driven web applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services for serverless computing, microservices, and cloud-based AI deployments.
- Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integrations for AI solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployments.
- Familiarity with Big Data platforms, data pipelines, and database management.
- Exposure to AI-driven bots (chatbots, mailbots, voicebots) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical insights to stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with MLOps for deploying and managing AI models.
- Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Watson, Azure AI, AWS AI services.
- Experience in cybersecurity AI applications.
- Working knowledge of serverless computing environments (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
