We are looking for a passionate Architect who can combine creative design with practical execution and contribute to delivering exceptional projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, planning layouts, and presentation drawings.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
- Resolve design and technical issues during construction.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and drawing revisions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and ensuring compliance with local building regulations.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project review discussions.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Support the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in project planning, coordination, and execution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)




- Council of Architecture (COA) Registration preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and site execution
- Experience in residential villas, apartments, commercial buildings, interiors, or turnkey projects

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp
- Revit (Preferred)
- Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office

Desired Skills

- Strong architectural planning and detailing skills
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and building materials
- Experience preparing GFC drawings and working drawings
- Knowledge of local building by-laws and approval procedures
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude

Job Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Joining: Immediate
