About the Role

We are a growth-focused marketing team helping brands scale through content, paid ads, and systems.

We’re looking for an execution-focused team member who can handle:

Short-form content production

Basic marketing automation & tech setup

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys doing, building, and learning tools , not just planning.

What You’ll Do

1. Content Execution (Primary Focus)

Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Add hooks, subtitles, transitions, and pacing

Turn scripts into finished content

Manage content calendar and delivery timelines

Create basic designs using Canva

Assist in ad creatives

2. Automation & Tech Support (Secondary)

Set up landing pages (no-code tools)

Connect forms → email systems

Build simple email/SMS automation flows





Assist with chatbot setup (basic flows)

Use AI tools to streamline workflows

Support basic SEO tasks (on-page, keywords)

Tools You Should Know

CapCut (must)

Premiere Pro (preferred)

Canva

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years experience

Strong understanding of short-form content

Fast, reliable execution

Detail-oriented (subtitles, timing, flow)

Comfortable following instructions

Willing to learn recent tools quickly

Pay: ₹10,213.24 - ₹33,827.91 per month
