- Maintaining daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP
- Handling purchase and sales invoices
- Managing printing press and paper vendor payments
- Monitoring receivables from distributors, dealers, and schools
- Preparing GST invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Salary processing and employee reimbursement
- Maintaining stock and inventory records of books
- Preparing monthly MIS and financial reports
- Managing debit/credit notes and outstanding follow-ups
- Handling TDS, GST returns, and other statutory compliances
- Tracking production costing and book-wise profitability
- Maintaining records of transport and dispatch expenses
- Experience in publishing, printing, educational books, or stationery industry
- Understanding of school book distribution channels
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
