About the Role
Avodha Edu Tech is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate CMA India Faculty to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for CMA India students through live online classes and recorded video lectures. The faculty member will play a key role in helping students understand core concepts and succeed in their examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging YouTube Live and online training sessions for CMA India students.
- Create and record high-quality video lectures for the learning platform.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Simplify complex accounting, costing, taxation, and financial management concepts.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
- Address student queries and offer mentoring support.
- Stay updated with the latest CMA India syllabus and examination patterns.
- Collaborate with the academic and content development teams.
Requirements
- Qualified CMA (India) or CMA Inter qualified candidates can apply.
- Strong knowledge of CMA India subjects and curriculum.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Ability to conduct live online sessions confidently.
- Basic knowledge of recording lectures and online teaching tools.
