We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Architectural Designer to join our team. You will play a vital role in translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects from initial schematic design through construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Development: Create innovative design concepts, sketches, and 3D models for [Residential/Commercial/Industrial] projects.
- Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive sets of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Visualization: Develop high-quality renderings and presentations to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning ordinances, and ADA requirements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with principal architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate structural and MEP systems into the architectural design.
- Project Management:



Assist in managing project timelines and maintaining organized project files.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Experience: 0-1 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is required. Experience with Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is highly preferred.
- Rendering: Proficiency in Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly.
