Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to oversee interior fit-out works, coordinate

with clients and vendors, and ensure projects are executed as per drawings, quality

standards, and timelines. Freshers with a solid willingness to learn are encouraged to

apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.

 Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.

 Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

 Take site measurements and report any deviations.

 Monitor quality, workmanship, and safety at site.

 Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory at site.

 Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with the Project Manager.

 Attend client and architect meetings when required.





 Assist in snag list preparation and ensure timely closure.

 Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.

Requirements

 Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.

 Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.

 Basic knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.

 Ability to read AutoCAD drawings is mandatory.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of modular furniture installation.

 Understanding of interior materials and hardware.

 Problem-solving attitude.

 Team player with a proactive approach.

 Strong attention to detail and quality.
