Position: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Optimization

- Analyze cross-departmental workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and redundancies

- Evaluate current-state vs future-state processes for improvement opportunities

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational excellence goals

Business Process Documentation & Requirements

- Document end-to-end business processes, workflows, and reporting structures

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), SOPs, process maps, and workflow diagrams

- Define automation and system enhancement requirements aligned with business needs

Automation & System Implementation

- Collaborate with automation and development teams to design effective system solutions

- Translate functional pain points into system-based and automation solutions

- Provide domain expertise on business operations and cross-functional dependencies

Testing, Deployment & Quality Assurance

- Participate in system testing, UAT, and defect resolution





- Validate solutions against defined KPIs, compliance standards, and operational objectives

- Support deployment planning and post-implementation stabilization

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and manage expectations

- Coordinate with IT and management for project prioritization and roadmap planning

- Support implementation scheduling and cross-functional communication

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, operations excellence, or automation—preferably across multiple departments in manufacturing, trading, or multi-industry setups.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, workflow automation, and digital tools.
- Understanding of business process mapping, SOP development, and process re-engineering.
- Ability to prepare BRDs, SOPs, workflows, and technical requirement documents.
- Expertise in process analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering.
- Process-driven mindset with focus on standardization and efficiency.
