Job Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products.
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Follow up with leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
- Handle customer queries through Calls and WhatsApp Chat.
- Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales/Telemarketing will be preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel & Email).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
