- Installation, configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and operating system related issues.
- Formatting, software istallation,system upgrades and antivirus management.
- Installation and monitoring of CCTV Cameras, DVR/NVR systems and related networking.
- Diagnose and rectify CCTV coonectivity and recording issues.
- Ensure proper backup and storage of surveillance footage.
- Coordinate with external vendors for advanced repairs/service support when required.
- Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting and internet connectivity support.
- Configuration and maintenance of routers, switches and Wi-Fi systems.
- Support connectivity requirements and provide day to day IT supports to office and showrooms and VK Group business units.
