Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, concept-driven Physics lessons to High School and Senior Secondary classes in accordance with the CBSE syllabus framework.
- Lab Management: Conduct regular practical experiments in the Physics laboratory, emphasizing safety, correct handling of apparatus, and scientific inquiry.
- Student Assessment: Design internal assessments, term papers, and mock exams that prepare students effectively for CBSE Board Examinations. Provide timely, detailed feedback to track performance.
- Innovative Teaching: Utilize smart classroom tools, digital aids, and real-world application methods to make abstract physics theories (like electrostatics, optics, and mechanics) engaging and accessible.
- Remedial Support: Identify students falling behind or those needing extra guidance for competitive approaches, offering targeted mentorship and remedial classes.
- Parent Communication: Participate regularly in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)



to provide clear insight into student academic performance and behavioral development.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Master’s Degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) or an equivalent physics-heavy degree from a recognized university.
- Teaching Degree: A mandatory Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Master of Education (M.Ed.).
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of teaching experience specifically managing CBSE classes 8–10 in a reputed school. Freshers with exceptional academic records and stellar demo lessons may also be considered.
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory, as the primary medium of instruction is English.
