Marquis Manor is looking for a passionate and result-oriented professional with experience in luxury furniture sales to lead our Experience Centre and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong luxury sales experience, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to generate business through both showroom interactions and field sales. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while building relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and oversee the Marquis Manor Experience Centre.
- Handle luxury furniture sales from enquiry to order closure.
- Generate new business through field sales, networking, referrals, architects, interior designers and corporate clients.
- Meet clients at their homes, offices and project sites to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with HNI clients, architects, interior designers and developers.




- Conduct product presentations and promote Marquis Manor's bespoke furniture collections.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and leads until successful closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM database.
- Coordinate with the design, production and delivery teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience at every stage.
- Maintain the Experience Centre to Marquis Manor's premium brand standards.
- Share weekly sales reports, lead status and business updates with management.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in luxury furniture, interiors, home décor or premium retail sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in field sales and business development.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers or luxury clientele is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
