Experience :

Required Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in safety roles (preferably in highway/construction)

Key Responsibilities Conduct daily site inspections for safety arrangements and identify lapses.

- Maintain safety documentation including observations, incident reports, and records.
- Assist in safety inductions and refresher trainings for staff.
- Conduct toolbox talks at site.
- Ensure compliance with PPE usage as per defined PPE matrix.
- Monitor and ensure completion of all safety reports.
- Promote safe work practices and awareness at site.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of construction/highway safety practices.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills.
- Understanding of PPE and safety compliance.
- Positive communication skills.

Preferred Profile

Experience in highway or infrastructure projects preferred.

- Ability to work at site locations.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
