- Contact potential and existing customers by phone.
- Explain products or services clearly and answer customer questions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate when appropriate.
- Process orders and coordinate with other teams when needed.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and company policies.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
