We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth for our hotel through corporate sales, event bookings, and client relationship management. This role involves fieldwork, client meetings, and travel to generate revenue and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, weddings)
- Promote hotel rooms, banquets, and event services
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups
- Handle inquiries, negotiations, and closing of deals
Sales Coordination
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of bookings
Market Visits & Travel
- Travel for client acquisition and networking
- Participate in exhibitions and sales activities
Reporting
- Maintain daily sales reports and client database
- Provide updates and insights to the Sales Manager
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (hotel industry experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable
Working Conditions:
