Job Summary

We are looking for disciplined, vigilant, and dedicated Security Guards to safeguard our premises, employees, visitors, and company assets. Retired personnel from the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, Paramilitary Forces, or Police are highly preferred. Candidates should be physically fit, alert, and committed to maintaining a protected and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and secure the assigned premises.
- Control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, trespassing, and unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities immediately.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches.
- Maintain visitor registers, gate passes, and daily security logs.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies, if required.
- Protect company property, equipment, and personnel.
- Report incidents,



accidents, or maintenance concerns to the supervisor.

Candidate Profile

- Ex-Army, Ex-Paramilitary, Ex-Police, or Ex-Servicemen preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- 1–5 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or corporate security is preferred.
- Physically fit with good eyesight and hearing.
- Basic communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, or English.
- Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible with a strong sense of duty.
