Job Description

Eligibility Criteria

- Academic Qualification: MD/MS/DNB in ENT from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years post-PG experience.
- At least 3 years as Associate Professor in a recognized medical college.

- Research Publications:

- Minimum 4 original research publications, with at least 2 as Associate Professor, in indexed journals (e.g., PubMed, Scopus, Medline).

- Training Requirements:

- Completion of Basic Course in Medical Education Technology.
- Completion of Basic Course in Biomedical Research from NMC-designated institutions.

Teaching Responsibilities

- Train undergraduate and postgraduate students in ENT.
- Guide thesis and research projects.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic audits.

Clinical & Academic Competencies

- Diagnose and manage ENT conditions using current best practices.




- Perform surgeries and procedures relevant to ENT.
- Stay updated with recent advances like endoscopic sinus surgery, cochlear implants, and phonosurgery.
- Contribute to National Health Programs related to ENT.

Research & Development

- Lead and participate in research projects.
- Publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor junior faculty in research methodology.
