Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills, with the ability to close positions within defined timelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups.

Candidate Profile





- MBA/MSW/PGDM or Bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
