 Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

 Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting

targets.

 Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.

 Good knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Looking for a dynamic business development Executive to drive sales growth and

expand market reach with strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship

skills.

 Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with wholesalers,

distributors, bulk buyers, retailers, and institutional clients (hotels, restaurants,

caterers).

 Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business

partnerships.

 Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer

needs in the food manufacturing industry.





 Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential

clients.

 Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules in line with company

policies.

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by

management.

 Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order

fulfillment.

 Collect client feedback to help improve products, services, and delivery

processes.

 Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

 Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reports for management

review.
