Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Kalamassery, Ernakulam

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.
- Work closely with department heads to support manpower requirements and HR initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
