About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in the IT/software industry. The ideal candidate should have a QA (Quality Assurance) background and hands-on experience coordinating web and mobile application projects. This role requires excellent communication, project tracking, client coordination, and team collaboration skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage web and mobile application development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, developers, designers, QA, and management.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and task assignments.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and track project progress.
- Follow up with development and QA teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements.
- Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing)



and production releases.
- Review QA test reports and ensure issues are resolved before deployment.
- Track bugs, enhancements, and change requests using project management tools.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project workflows and processes.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, QA Lead, or similar role in an IT/software company.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience coordinating web and mobile application development projects.
- Hands-on experience in Manual QA testing with a good understanding of software testing processes.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate effectively with development teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience preparing project reports and project documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
