- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Suite Testing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in translating business requirements into detailed test scenarios and validation criteria.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques.
