1. Material Receipt & Unloading

- Receive incoming raw materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Supervise unloading activities and ensure safe material handling.
- Complete Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and maintain accurate records.

2. Material Storage

- Store materials in designated locations with proper identification and labeling.
- Ensure proper segregation of Raw Material, Consumables, Hardware, Transport, Emergency, and other store items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected store area.

3. Inventory Management

- Follow the FIFO (First In First Out) system for material issue.
- Ensure correct storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory limits.

4. Stock Verification & Reporting

- Conduct weekly stock verification and prepare stock reports.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving materials.
- Report inventory discrepancies to the Reporting Manager.

5. Material Issue

- Issue materials to production against authorized Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Maintain issue records in ERP/manual registers.

Customer & Dispatch Support

- Coordinate material availability for customer dispatches.
- Ensure customer orders are prepared and dispatched as per schedule.

7. Daily Store Monitoring

- Perform daily inspection of store activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and stock registers.
- Ensure all store transactions are updated on time.

8. Gas Cylinder Management

- Monitor gas cylinder inventory and maintain sufficient stock.
- Coordinate refilling and replacement as required.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of gas cylinders.

9. Tool & Consumable Management

- Maintain inventory of small tools, consumables, and miscellaneous store items.
- Control issue and return of tools and consumables.

10. Compliance & Safety

- Follow 5S, FIFO, and company safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 documentation requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
