Lead Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead

Role Overview

The Lead Full-Stack Developer is responsible for technical ownership, system architecture, team leadership, and delivery excellence, acting as a bridge between engineering, product, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive application architecture using Java, Groovy, Grails, and React

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex systems

Establish backend and frontend engineering standards

Mentor senior and mid-level developers

Own system scalability, security, performance, and reliability

Collaborate with Product, DevOps, QA, and leadership teams

Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines

Mandatory Skills

Expert-level knowledge of Java, Groovy, and Grails

Robust expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, and React

Proven experience in system design and enterprise architecture

Strong leadership and technical decision-making skills

Experience leading teams and large-scale initiatives

Good-to-Have Skills (CI/CD & Cloud)





Ownership of CI/CD strategy, standards, and governance (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Experience designing secure, scalable deployment pipelines

Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, and cost optimization

Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and security models

Experience with observability, incident management, and operational excellence

Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

AI & Productivity

Champion AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot

Define AI usage guidelines, prompt standards, and validation practices

Use AI for architecture reviews, code reviews, and documentation

Ensure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, and quality standards
