Job Opening: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Gam, Surat, Gujarat

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 (based on experience)
Experience: 2–4 years (e-commerce operations)

Responsibilities:

- Manage Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts
- Create & optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords)
- Inventory planning & stock management
- Handle orders, returns, refunds & RTO
- Monitor pricing, competition & Buy Box
- Run deals, offers, coupons & campaigns
- Manage basic Amazon/Flipkart Ads (PPC)
- Maintain account health & compliance
- Handle customer queries & reviews
- Coordinate with Seller Support
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
- Assist in current product launches

Requirements:

- 2–4 years’ experience in e-commerce operations
- Knowledge of online marketplaces
- Basic Excel & inventory management skills
- Good communication skills
