Job Title: Picker / Packer (Warehouse Associate)

Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Picker / Packers to join our warehouse team. The role involves accurately picking, packing, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick products from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Pack products securely and accurately for dispatch.
- Verify product quantity and quality before packing.
- Label, sort, and organize products as per warehouse standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two (Preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing for long hours and lifting products as required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an added advantage.

Shift Timings

Applicants should be willing to work in rotational shifts.

- General Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM




- Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Break Schedule

- Food Break: 30 minutes
- Tea Breaks: 15 minutes × 2
- Total Break Time: 1 hour

Salary & Benefits

- Net Take-Home Salary: ₹13,202 per month
- Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per night
- Overtime Pay: ₹100 per hour
- Performance Incentives: Based on performance and company criteria
- Statutory Benefits: ESI & PF as per applicable rules.
