We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Generation Executive who can independently drive lead generation initiatives and contribute to business expansion.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lead Generation Executive with a proven track record of generating high-quality B2B leads and building a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in prospecting, data research, outreach campaigns, and lead qualification across multiple channels.

You will work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to identify decision-makers, generate qualified opportunities, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities across multiple industries.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, databases, networking, and other digital platforms.
- Build and manage targeted prospect databases using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, and CRM platforms.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and buying intent.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team with qualified prospects.




- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment, and pipeline targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong experience in cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and prospect research.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and consistently achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
