Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the increased workload within the Recent Product Development (NPD) function by supporting multiple product category expansions.
- Assist in end-to-end NPD activities, including Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, prototype coordination, testing follow-ups, data entry, and Product Detail Page (PDP) validation.
- Coordinate with internal laboratories and cross-functional teams to ensure timely testing, adherence to testing protocols, and quality compliance during the Go-Live process.
- Maintain accurate PDP data, ensure proper document version control, and support audit readiness in collaboration with the NPD and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
- Contribute to the successful execution of the expanded NPD pipeline, supporting an estimated 35% increase in product development activities compared to 2025.
- Support quality validation and issue resolution during the Go-Live phase to ensure smooth product launches and compliance with quality standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
