Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance and other HR administrative tasks.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
