The Conference Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue and building relationships for conferences and exhibitions organized by company. You will secure sponsorships, sell exhibition booths, and develop strategic partnerships to ensure successful and profitable events.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for assigned conferences and exhibitions.
- Prospect and identify potential sponsors and exhibitors, generating qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and exhibitors.
- Negotiate and close sponsorship and exhibition booth sales contracts, exceeding individual and team targets.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Contribute to the overall success of the conference and exhibition team.

Qualifications:





- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conference and exhibition sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the conference and exhibition industry a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
