Job Description:

Experience: 10+ years

Must Have Skills: Either Java with Angular or Java with AWS. Experience is lead role is must

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and web application development.
- Robust understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and query optimization.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with front-end integration (Angular/React is a plus).

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring best practices in software design, coding, testing, and deployment.




- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for applications and systems.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for scalability and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Java technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation.
