Job Title: Supervisor - Printing Department

Summary: The Supervisor in the Printing Department will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality control, and managing a team of printing technicians. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of printing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of printing technicians
- Experience in UV/ Solvent/ ECO/ Die Sublimation
- Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
- Train and mentor team members on printing techniques and equipment operation
- Monitor inventory levels and order printing supplies as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in the printing department

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a printing department
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of printing processes and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
