Job Title: Creator Acquisition Executive:

- About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Creator Acquisition Executive to help us scale our creator network. This role is focused on discovering, reaching out to, and onboarding digital creators across platforms.
If you have a sharp eye for spotting talent and enjoy quick-paced outreach and conversions, this role is for you.

- Key Responsibilities

- Identify and scout (UGC) creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential creators across categories
- Reach out to creators via DMs, emails, and other channels to introduce our network
- Pitch the value proposition clearly and drive creator sign-ups
- Evaluate creator profiles based on content quality, engagement, and growth potential
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover post sign-up
- Track daily outreach, responses, and conversions

- What We’re Looking For





- Strong communication and pitching skills (written + verbal)
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups
- Organized and comfortable working with targets

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of creators onboarded
- Outreach → conversion rate
- Quality of creators sourced
