About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, social media strategy, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.

Content Creation & Marketing

- Coordinate with designers and content writers to create engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Campaign Management

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Manage budgets for social media advertising.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Community Management

- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Build and maintain strong online community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and product promotions.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other creative tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing trends, and influencer marketing is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing are preferred.
