Job Summary
Ourika Estates is looking for an experienced Tower Crane Operator to safely operate tower cranes for the lifting, movement, and placement of construction materials at our residential project in Ayodhya. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-rise building construction and a solid commitment to safety and operational excellence. Tower crane operators are expected to conduct pre-operation checks, operate the crane within rated capacities, and comply with all site safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the tower crane safely and efficiently as per project requirements.
- Perform daily pre-start inspections and ensure the crane is in safe working condition.
- Lift, transport, and position construction materials accurately as directed.
- Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and site engineers using standard hand signals and radio communication.
- Ensure crane operations remain within the manufacturer's load limits.
- Monitor weather conditions and suspend operations whenever safety is compromised.
- Report mechanical faults, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain daily crane operation and inspection records.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and statutory regulations.
- Support preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the maintenance team.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience operating tower cranes in real estate or high-rise construction projects.
- Valid Tower Crane Operator certification/license.
- Good understanding of load charts, lifting techniques, and construction site safety.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the site team.
- Strong safety awareness and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in residential high-rise construction projects.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of tower cranes.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
