Experience: 2+ Years in field marketing (Education Industry)

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to engage with prospective students and promote our paramedical courses. The role involves on-ground outreach, and building strong relationships with schools, institutions, and local communities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a student-centric mindset, and a proven ability to achieve enrolment targets through effective field marketing initiatives

Responsibilities:
 Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing.
 Communicate with students and parents and build and develop customer relationships
 Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
 Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio
 Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
 Organise and attend events such as conferences,



seminars, receptions and exhibitions
 Source and secure sponsorship
 Liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots
 Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
 Maintain and update customer databases
 Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
 Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
 Monitor and report on competitor activity

Qualifications and Skills:

- 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Healthcare, or related field)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Versatile to travel
- Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
