ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual for the position of Executive – Sales Operations for our Pune office. In this role, you will be our frontline executive managing sales operations, loan applications, customer profile evaluation, stakeholder coordination and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily activities at the branch under the guidance of the branch head.
- Collect, verify, and manage customer loan documents.
- Update and maintain customer records, internal databases, and MIS reports.
- Follow-up with customers, banks, and internal teams for swift processing.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and banking guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely application updates.
- Support other branch requests from time to time as per business requirements.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any stream.




- 1–3 years of experience in office administration, loan documentation, MIS reporting, document management, payment reporting, invoice creation, vendor payments, credit analysis, customer service, front office management etc.
- Experience with customer handling, loan documentation, and CRM systems is preferred.

Skills Required

- Fluency in English and Marathi. Knowledge of Hindi and other Indian languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, Power BI and related software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise tasks in a energetic environment.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
