Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to grow business. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams for timely execution, and contribute to revenue growth through account expansion and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Production, Finance,



and Logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and account reports.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
- Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Track sales targets, account performance, and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
