Job Summary

Important: This position is open only to candidates currently residing in Ahmedabad or nearby areas. Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered.

We are looking for a Stores & Inventory Executive to manage all raw materials, packaging

materials, consumables, and factory inventory. The role is responsible for inventory accuracy,

timely material issuance, stock planning, documentation, and ensuring uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Manage all raw material inventory.

Manage packaging material inventory.

Manage consumables inventory.

Maintain accurate physical stock and system records.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.

Material Receiving

Receive incoming raw materials and packaging materials.

Issue raw materials to production.

Issue packaging materials to A5.

Issue seasonings, oil, salt, pellets and consumables.

Maintain issue records for every department.

Ensure batch-wise material issuance.





Inventory Control

Maintain inventory of:

Raw Peanuts

Pink Raw Peanuts

Packaging Pouches

Vacuum Bags

Corrugated Boxes

Labels

Cartons

Seasonings

Oil

Salt

Bio Pellets

CIJ Ink

CIJ Make-up

Hair Caps

Gloves

Aprons

Cleaning Chemicals

Stock Monitoring

Monitor minimum stock levels.

Generate reorder alerts.

Prevent stock-outs.

Maintain safety stock.

Report slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Documentation

Maintain:

Goods Receipt Register

Material Issue Register

Stock Register

Consumable Register

Scrap Register

Packaging Material Register

Physical Stock Verification Report

Daily Inventory Report

Pay: ₹9,747.01 - ₹28,000.00 per month
