Job Title : Sr.Sales Executive

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, guiding team members, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining quality standards. Acts as the first point of contact between team and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Allocate work and monitor productivity, attendance, and disciplineTrain new team members and provide on-the-job guidance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelinesHandle first-level escalations and resolve team conflicts
- Prepare daily reports on performance, issues, and progress for managementCoordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
- Conduct daily briefings and team meetingsEnsure proper handover during shift changes
