Job Description – Associate Vice President (AVP) – Sales

Job Summary

RedBrik Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Vice President (AVP) – Sales to lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, and develop high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, strengthening channel partnerships, expanding market presence, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers and sales teams.
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales and channel partner networks.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and business metrics.
- Identify recent business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Review sales pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strengthen market positioning.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
