Responsibilities
- Load tracking and timely updates
- Driver & broker coordination
- Scheduling appointments and managing dispatch operations
- Handling direct customer accounts
- Monitoring pickups, deliveries, and trailer pools
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Required Skills
- Valuable English communication skills
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or account management preferred
