Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Experience Required: 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle client communication and regular follow-ups

● Capture and resolve escalations within defined timelines

● Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

● Manage scope changes and update PI accordingly

● Conduct weekly client check-ins and maintain records

● Support collections and track payments

● Generate references and testimonials from clients

Key Skills:

● Strong communication & follow-up skills

● Good coordination and problem-solving ability

● Organized and detail-oriented

● Comfortable with Google Sheets & reporting tools

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ghitorni, Delhi, Delhi
