Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and manage a wide variety of kidney-related disorders, including acute and chronic kidney disease, electrolyte imbalances, glomerular diseases, and renal vascular diseases.

2. Conduct thorough medical assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition.

3. Provide expert consultation and collaborate with other medical specialists, including internists, urologists, and surgeons, to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

4. Oversee the management of dialysis and renal replacement therapies, including the initiation and monitoring of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).

5. Participate in the pre-transplant evaluation and post-transplant care of renal transplant recipients.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documentation, and reports of patient consultations, diagnoses,



treatments, and outcomes.

7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research projects to enhance patient care and advance the field of nephrology.

8. Adhere to medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and regulatory guidelines in all interactions and activities.
