About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Growth Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to business growth initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, consumer psychology, analytics, and experimentation.

The intern will work closely with the marketing and growth team to support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and campaign optimization efforts across multiple channels.

Internship Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities

Growth Experiments & Campaign Execution

- Assist in planning and executing growth experiments across paid ads, email, SMS, landing pages, WhatsApp, and organic channels
- Support A/B testing of creatives, messaging, CTAs, funnels, and campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer journeys

Acquisition & Lead Generation

- Support campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and customer acquisition
- Research and identify new growth channels, audience segments, and campaign ideas
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimization based on data insights

Retention & Engagement

- Assist in creating customer engagement and retention initiatives
- Support automated journeys, onboarding flows, remarketing, and re-engagement campaigns
- Contribute ideas for referral programs and customer advocacy initiatives

Data & Performance Analysis

- Track and analyze campaign KPIs including leads, conversion rates, CAC, and engagement metrics
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance using analytics tools




- Prepare simple reports and insights to support decision-making

Collaboration & Learning

- Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and product teams
- Coordinate campaign execution, creatives, landing pages, and automation workflows
- Stay updated with growth marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

- Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or email marketing tools
- Basic understanding of CRM, automation, or analytics tools
- Interest in content creation, copywriting, or campaign ideation
- Curiosity about marketing psychology, user behavior, and conversion optimization

Preferred Skills

- Additional certification/course in Marketing or Digital Marketing is preferred
- Strong interest in marketing, startups, business growth, or consumer psychology
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and customer funnels
- Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn from experiments and data
- Creative thinking and willingness to test new ideas
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-driven attitude with a problem-solving mindset
