- Conduct testing of construction materials such as cement, concrete, steel, aggregates, sand, and bricks as per IS standards
- Perform cube testing, slump testing, and other quality checks to ensure structural integrity
- Maintain accurate records of all lab test results and prepare quality reports
- Ensure calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of all laboratory equipment
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for sampling and testing requirements
- Identify quality deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and support audit processes
- Supervise and guide lab technicians and support staff

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction material testing and QA/QC procedures
- Familiarity with IS codes and quality standards
- Ability to analyze test results and ensure compliance
- Positive coordination and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in construction quality/lab testing
- Experience in real estate projects preferred
- Should be from Delhi NCR

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
