Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve coffee, food, wine, cocktails, and other beverages.
- Upsell menu items and recommend food & drink pairings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
- Follow SOPs and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or bar.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of coffee, wine, and alcoholic beverages is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
